Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 June 2026
Sitecry is operated by Eurotux Informática, S.A. (NIPC 504827715), Travessa Manuel da Silva Gomes nº 17, 4705-294 Braga, Portugal (“Eurotux”, “we”). By using Sitecry you agree to these terms, which supplement Eurotux’s general terms and policies.
The service
Sitecry provides an automated, strictly passive review of a public website and an informational report. It reads only what is publicly observable; it is not a penetration test, a certification, or a guarantee. Findings — including security findings — are inferred from public signals and may be incomplete or, in edge cases, inaccurate; confirming a vulnerability would require authorised testing, which we do not perform.
Your responsibilities
- You must only request audits for sites you own or are authorised to assess. See our Responsible use policy.
- You are responsible for any action you take based on a report. Validate findings before acting on them.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass its limits, or use it to gather information about systems you do not control.
Accounts, free checkups & the Pass
An account requires a valid, non-disposable email. Free use is limited (typically one checkup per user) and subject to daily capacity. The full Fix Plan unlocks with a Sitecry Pass — a one-time purchase described on the Pricing page — or free when you verify you control the site. Prices shown exclude tax; applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your location. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and issues your invoice or receipt. Payments are final except where required by law.
Intellectual property
Your report is provided for your own use. The Sitecry platform, methodology and software remain the property of Eurotux.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Eurotux is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Sitecry or reliance on a report.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, with the courts of Braga, Portugal having jurisdiction, save where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
