Sitecry is a service of Eurotux Informática, S.A. (NIPC 504827715), the data controller. This page summarises how Sitecry handles your data; it supplements — and is governed by — Eurotux’s full policies, which prevail in case of any conflict:
What we collect
- Account data — the email address you register with (we require it to be verified) and authentication data.
- Audit data — the website address you submit and the publicly available pages, headers and files we read from it to produce your report.
- Billing data — if you buy a Pass, payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
Why, and on what basis
We process this data to provide the audit service you request (performance of a contract) and to keep the service secure and within fair-use limits (legitimate interest). The website you submit is processed only to generate your report.
Automated analysis & processors
Sitecry uses AI to analyse the public site content. This may involve trusted third-party processors acting under contract on Eurotux’s instructions and applicable data-protection terms. We do not sell your data.
Retention & your rights
We keep your account and reports while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site — your sign-in session and a security (CSRF) token — plus a small cookie that remembers your cookie choice. These don’t require consent.
With your consent we also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used and improve it. Analytics are off until you opt in, and you can change or withdraw your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
